I have a battery for my Mavic 2 pro that has had 36 charges and shows a normal status and it lost power mid flight causing me to crash hard. Broke a leg and tore the camera off. What do I do from here?

If it was still under warranty I would. I bought it from an individual about a month ago.

Yes I did get the email and I used your shipping label. Response time, just wondering how long it usually takes to get an assessment reply?

The Repair Service will be completed within 5 working days after DJI receives your product (if data analysis is required, it takes about additional 3 working days). DJI will send you an email notification once the product is shipped.
