Steven,I pluged my cellphone charging cord into the usb on my controller and yes, I broke it. How much would it cost to get it replaced with a charging port like my phone uses. Samsung Galaxy S8 + ?

Hi, the local team will need to receive your controller first, manage the damage assessment and then send you the actual repair price. The charging port can not be replaced with your phone's charging port, the port is not the same.
Kindly send the controller back so the team will be able to help with this.

Hi Susan,
I know it's not the same port but I want the freedom to use my long cellphone cord and not the short usb cord you put on the side of your DJI Charging block. This type  of port is also on the side of my MZoom for battery charging. It should be easy but it's thinking outside the box. Corporate does not do that well with thinking outside the box.
Like I said, this should be super easy for your repair division,
I'm a CEO and have experience with this issue.
