Estamos com o mesmo problema que você teve. Nosso drone não funciona mais com a frequência de 5.8gHz.

A DJI não fez nada, ignorou meu caso. Cheguei a abrir chamado na DJI Brasil mas como comprei meu Drone no Canada em uma viagem que fiz, eles informaram que a garantia não era mundial e que eu deveria custear o reparo. (verificando com outros membros aqui do forum, o reparo é aproximadamente  R$ 1.500,00  pois é feita a troca da coreboard e esta pode dar problema novamente em novas atualizações de firmware.)
Acabou que optei em deixar voando apenas em 2.4 GHz;

Achei um descaso da empresa DJI mas parece que ela trabalha assim mesmo com pouco cuidado com o cliente... diferente de outras empresas como Apple que arruma independente de onde vc comprou...


O correto seria um recall geral de todos que estão com este defeito causado pelo fabricante mas isso ela NUNCA vai fazer pois teria que assumir o erro ...  depois dê uma pesquisada em outros foruns e até mesmo no youtube.. tem váriios clientes reclamando disso... MINI 1, MINI 2, Mini 3 e agora o MIni 4.

Hi, fansb940ac2a. For models supporting 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands like Mini 2, the 5.8 GHz switching will be automatically disabled in areas where 5.8 GHz is not supported. In Areas where 5.8 GHz is unavailable will be updated irregularly based on the revisions to local laws and regulations. When the aircraft is connected to the local network, the network IP will be automatically identified to configure the country code. After configuration, the 5.8 GHz channel will be displayed.

New updated, actually now i still can not use 5.8ghz, but after change RC-N1 to RC, both band working well, That mean problem come from RC-N1, not drone. Let try it!!!
