For some reason my computer is not recognizing my remote (PVT-581). I've tried everything, different cable, different usb jack, even a different computer. And before anyone ask, yes the drivers are installed. The only thing left to do is to change the usb interface cable inside the remote. Does anyone know where I can find one or even the part number? I've searched everywhere I can think of. Thanks guys.

Before replace the usb internal cable, I suggest you test the connectivity of each wire with a multimeter.
If the problem is certain, the cable is a normal part on ebay or other electronic markets.
