I have a DJI Mavic 2 Pro and a Samsung T500 Android 12. I am trying to run  the Go 4 app version 4.3.54. It tries to load but crashes. Please help!

I followed your instructions. The Go 4 app changes screen  orientation then  returns  to  the  desktop. Please the   video  I attached to  the  email  reply. The forum  does not accept  MPG

Hi there. We were able to check the video. Kindly double-check if the device's auto-rotate function is enabled. If not and the app still changes orientation and crashes, please let us know. Also, have you tried using another mobile phone to see if the same issue is observed? Thank you.

Thank you, I tried a second device and it worked. I also performed a factory reset on the T500 and it now works. Must have been a software conflict.
