My Air 2s came with the smart controller and that pairs fine. However, I just got a regular controller (RC-N1), and it won't pair. I even unbound my device and smart controller. Anyone have the answer?

Hi there. We do apologize for this trouble. Can you please confirm what firmware version are you on your DJI RC-N1? You may download the DJI Assistant 2 software and please update the firmware of both DJI Air 2s and your DJI RC-N1 then link them again to see if the issue persists.
