I have been sharing content successfully from my RC to my iMac via Bluetooth.
Then the files refused to send, despite both devices being connected.


I have restarted both the RC & the iMac, but the issue remains.

How do I resolve this?

Hi there. Kindly try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection. If it still fails, you may consider transferring the files in these ways:

2. We recommend you copy your photos and videos to an external microSD card (connected to the DJI Smart Controller), then insert the microSD card into a card reader and connect it to the Mac for transmission.
