We recently got the RS3 pro gimbal with the Transmission kit and we want to primarily use the Canon R5C with it. However, I cannot get the remote to start and stop the recording on the transmission handles (form the the 4D). Anyone got any tips on how to solve that?
Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Except for the start and stop recording, other functions can be triggered normally? If so, can we have a video to further verify your issue?
I have the same issue with my rs3pro: start stop button does not trigger recording of my canon R5C .
Another issue is that the gimbal does not follow the selected object which i marked in green box.
The display of the gimbal mirrors the camera screen though.
