I recently purchased DJI Avata and as soon I download the DJI fly app on my phone and was ready for flying my drone it says remote-id error. How can I fix that?

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. You may connect the DJI Goggles to your mobile devices and open the DJI FLY APP.

I get the error even though my phone is connected. The goggles won't even connect! My Avata is now useless and I ordered this on day one. This should be illegal!!!
