Hi, I can't connect DJI RC-N1 RC231 to the phone and I can't update it.
I've used different cables, checked on iPhone and Android.

DJI RC-N1 has firmware V04.11.0032.
I use DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) v2.1.16, and it does not show any software version for this radio at all.

Any suggestions? Please help me.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know if your phone can detect the remote controller when plug the cable? For example,  did it charge your phone?

A moment after connecting, you can see the charging icon on the phone, it is presented for a few seconds and disappears, after a few seconds it is presented again for a few seconds and so on.

Unfortunately they did not help.

I returned the radio to the seller. The topic can be closed.
