Aircraft status - compass and IMU calibrate - try to do this but won't calibrate ?

Hi, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know more details about "won't calibrate"?

When you go into fly there's an error, go into Aircraft status and beside Compass setting it says Calibrate - hit that and it doesn't calibrate - tried many times. The same is on IMU setting and tried to calibrate this many times as well

Thanks for the screenshot provided. May I ask if the drone crashed or had a hard landing before? Could you please also provide us a screenshot to check the IMU information on the "Sensors State" page?

what is the sensors state page?  It also didnt have a hard landing, no.

Hi, still can't fly as says need to calibrate IMU. Have tried many times to calibrate but it won't complete the process.

If it is still stuck in the IMU calibration page even though you try to restart the drone many times, we recommend you submit a case through the link below and send it back for further diagnosis. http://www.dji.com/support

Thanks. I'm trying to fill in the service request and in the address data entry area it's only providing USA as an option. Please help.
