Commuters snug and warm inside.

Snug and standing room only usually around that time,   and Im convinced on the cold days there are more commuters,  they dont want the heating bill so they go to the office.

Thanks.   That was the best part,   solid rain ever since.      But it gave me time to sharpen the axe.

Sharpen the axe?  I thought you had all that wood cut already.

I tried to sharpen my chainsaw once and it turned out not so good. Fortunately, there is a gent locally that has the right equipment and knowledge to sharpen chainsaws and is super reasonable.  In fact, he even did a tune-up on my chainsaw while he sharpened the chain.  Sure cut down some trees better along the road that I needed removed.

The local place here charges £12 to sharpen,  and a new chain is £16 if I mail order it,  so I watched a few videos and and got a guide for the Dremel,  takes a lot of the skill out of it

I dont use it quite like the video,  I go under the tooth and then bring it up.  I also do all the teeth in the same angle and then do all the other angle,   it helps with the repetition.

I love flying in fog as long as it's not under freezing temps,   Ive had a few iced props and it's never a good day when that happens.

Yeah,  those are godwits,     I wasnt expecting that and as soon as I saw them coming around again I banked right to avoid them,  although some of that got cut from the video.

Sounds like you process is much more efficient and results in a sharper product.

It's more a case of not hitting the tooth by accident.  Which in that video he appears to do.

PS, just bought a Shure SM7b.
The mic I should have bought 4 years ago, when it still was € 250,-
But I found a 'good' deal at a trusted dealer (even asked Shure about this webshop to be sure because there have been a lot of counterfeit reports the last few years).
So the DJI Mic has fallen off my radar and my next target is the Mini 3 Pro
Unless they have a very good deal, I will wait for November or December.

Thats a big microphone,  I assumed you had wanted something smaller.    Did you see the Ulanzi j12 microphone that they've launched to compete against the DJI one?

Yup. It's big.
Very big.
And 'the best' in its class. Used everywhere in broadcast studios and also a lot for youtube stuff.

I was looking for a smaller one, but they are mainly useful for outdoor stuff. Away from the studio.
And I think that 95% of my mic. recordings will be in my home studio and then I figured I'd better use a good quality mic and not one that is aimed at portability, but sacrifices on sound quality.

Almost all 'pro' youtubers have something like this. Where some have even more expensive boom mics, that can be placed outside of the frame. (usually above the camera or the speaker) they have a directional pickup pattern and only 'listen' to where they are pointed at.
I also looked into those and that was a valid option too, but I also need a close mic like this one for my music stuff.

And since my room is not soundproof, I can't use my sensitive condensor mic easily.
And I also tried the onboard camera mic, but that turned out to be too noisy.
(the video will be up when support has watched it, it is about a complaint I have with a certain pedal)
