I just have a quick question. I've noticed theres some wiggle room between the handle bar, and the gimbal no matter how much I tighten the quick release mount. It's not noticable in underslung mode, or breaifcase mode, but the moment I'm in over head mode, you can hear the metal rubbing together. Even more so if I'm walking at a quick pace.

So I'm wondering, is this normal or is there a problem with my model?

I had the exact same problem. I have removed that tiny spring that sits inside (behind the wedge clamp). Remove the lock lever completely and get rid of that spring. It seems the spring is just a tad too long. Problem solved on mine.
Haven't worked with it yet though as I'm still waiting for android app.
