Very impressive stadium.    Is that 2 or 3 levels for spectator seating.  I'm guessing 3 based on the capacity.

Once the stadium was even bigger, but for safety reasons it had to be made smaller

I've seen that have to happen to several stadiums now.  It is still a beautiful stadium.
