I am awaiting the return of my drone from a warranty service repair.
The Drone was shipped last Thursday.
On Friday I recieved an email offering a care refresh package for 1 year but I had only 72 hours to sign up.
Hoping to recieve my Drone on Saturday or This Monday at the latest I signed up .
The care refresh came into effect on Friday but I have still not recieved my drone and it seems that it is still in the country of repair.
As the drone may not arrive till, hopefully ,the end of the week is it possible to change the start date of the care refresh to the day I recieve my drone.
I would be grateful for any help with this.
