Lovely misty light. And to answer your rhetorical question:  Yes, the Chateau D'Agnos at the foot of the Pyrenees.  It's a rather swish B&B

Whats always been nice is that they're free access to it and I dont just mean cost   So if you want to go there at midnight you can.   Ive thought about how to illumination for a night shot many times,

The old plan was to have someone at the castle and then go to this view point to get the shot.   Of course now with the drone I wouldn't need to do that.

Nice shot, it would be nice to project a light that could simulate the flickering of fire on the wall of the main structure, as it would have been lit back in the day.

hahaha.   I suppose in the old days people were locked up in castles.

Just one of those unknowns that you can't get an answer for.  

Land prices here just keep going up and up. Probably because they are not making anymore land.

You make a good point.  Only all the islands China are making are strictly for military purposes.  

I'm not too thrilled with the visit of China's President, Xi Jinping, to visit the Russian dictator.  There collusions can't be of a good nature.

I saw the Palm Jumeirah on one of my military trips to Dubai.

I saw a documentary once of them being built,.  they had some great drone footage of the ships pumping the sand.
