I have managed to calibrate my Mavic Pro 2, probably once before. Trying again and still, I keep getting stuck on the 4/4 screen. Unable to calibrate. Yes, I have restarted everything at least twice. The battery is now dead and on charge. Any helpful advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Kindly please try to calibrate the said DJI drone using a monitor display of 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Please set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. ( Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.) Thank you.

I got a new drone and I was making sure everything was calibrated correctly, and I can't get the calibration to work.  I've uninstalled and re-installed.  I've tried different monitors/resolutions.  When the program is first installed, it asked for dimensions, I type in 1920, and the screen shows up, but in the bottom corner, it shows the sensors are x-ed out.  (I didn't get a screenshot of that).  I tried to esc out and retry, and I get stuck on this screen.  



I was able to open and fly with the simulator.  I was also able to see that the sensors are working through the controller and the app, just not when connected to the computer.
