I live in France and have recently purchased a Mavic 3 Classic.  I'm working through the policies and regulations now.  I'm required to register myself (done) and my drone with the authorities via the Alfa Tango website.  I'm having trouble finding the information requested for the registration.  Here's a screen shot of the information requested and what I believe the answers should be.


Serial number - got it, no problem
Electronic reporting device - Information from the forums indicate this exists but I can't find any reference to the ID number that's being requested
Equipment - I believe these are the correct answers.
