Hello, I hope I'm right here... After today's update of the Fly database, my M3P no longer starts but only shows many errors see below: The drone was not flown - only switched on and checked whether there was a new firmware, except for the fly database there was nothing to update.  Anyone have any ideas? I had tried the following:  IMU calibration - not possible!  IMU calibration - not possible!  Compass calibration - not possible!  No Gimbal detected - Code: 1D030001 Missing parts - Code:1610004B  Any data?! - Code:1610004D  Initialize IMU failed - Code: 16100009  No GPS Module detected - Code: 1610002D  and many more...Thinks in advance for your Tipps and Help  - i`ve got DJI Refresh  - but i dont wan't to pay 75€ for updating the Fly Database

Thx for the automated ?! answer... but the drone was not flown, no crash, or any impacts.! power on => Update => carry to flightpoint in the original DJI Bag => want to fligh - no start possible :-(

You can try to connect the drone to DJI Assistant 2 to refresh the firmware to see if the error messages still exist. https://www.dji.com/mini-3-pro/downloads
If so, you can try to contact the seller and ask for a replacement as long as it's within the replacement period. You can also submit a case through the link below and send it back to DJI for further diagnosis. http://www.dji.com/support

Hey  - seem's to be e real person ;)  - Thx for the tip but this also won't work, i've tried to refresh the Firmware 2 times with the assist programms without any success - new firmware, same error.

The Support Link you've send is this the only way to open a case? I remember there was a support chat where a technican tried to help.

Is the support chat on Monday reachable so i can send a video of the failure to the support ?

If the error messages still exist after refreshing the firmware, the drone may be needed sent back and repaired/replaced. If you still want to contact our chat support, you can slide down the page after opening the link above and contact our support through the corresponding method.
