I have a DJI Pocket 2 with a Do it all handle. Since yesterday I have problems connecting to the camera.
I can charge the Pocket 2 via the Do it all handle, but the wifi option on the camera is grayed out. So I can not connect my phone.

Thank you. When the Do-It-All Handle is attached to DJI Pocket 2, the prompt “Handle connected” does not appear on the Camera View, and the Do-It-All Handle Status LED does not blink green.
You may refer to the steps below：
1. Attach the Do-It-All Handle to DJI Pocket 2 and restart the gimbal.
2. Confirm that the USB-C port for DJI Pocket 2 and the Do-It-All Handle is not loose or jammed.
If the issue persists after the above steps have been tried, please send the product back.

Note: If you need to use the camera, send back the Do-It-All Handle alone. If you do not need to use the camera, send DJI Pocket 2 along with the Do-It-All Handle back.
