I have the DJI RS3 Pro (bought August 2022).
It works ok but there is an issue which so far has not been a problem but it clearly is a manufacturing fault.
The Roll Axis arm is unable to extend to its full length because the cable inside is too short.

This is as far as that arm can extent due to the cable being too short

Notice the black cable inside, this is as far as the arm can extend and the cable is stopping it from going any further.
Dji moderators, please could you advice on how to fix this issue, I guess I have to send the RS3 Pro to you for repair/replacement.
