This is a late question but my dji fpv drone has been experiencing battery communication errors. All the lights are red and it won't fly. It also will not start transmitting update. I cleaned and checked the connectors and everything else. The only thing is there are those 4 tiny white connectors and one of them is broke. I don't know if that has anything to do with the battery registering that it's in or not

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please confirm if you are referring to a battery of DJI Air 2s or DJI FPV? Regardless of this, can you please try to wipe the metal contact pins on the battery or the aircraft with isopropyl alcohol (concentration > 75%) and then check if the issue persists? In addition, can you please try to use a different battery on the aircraft and then check if the error still appears? Please keep us posted. Thank you.
