Hello!

My DJI Mini SE is currently showing a 30210 error code and will not fly.  It has about 14 hours flight time, around 110 flights, for a total of aproximately 140km.  I purchased it 293 days ago according to the app from Best Buy in Canada.   I am the original owner.  


What steps can I take to resolve this error?  Is there a diagnostic process I can complete?

There is an error in the propulsion system hardware. Please restart the aircraft again.
If you still meet this problem, we suggest that you send the device back to DJI for testing. You may submit a ticket case at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
