I bought a rc cable after 70 DAYS from the old one broke, and now I bought anew one and doesn't work! It just charges the rc when is plugged in my phone. And now I can't return it or get my money back

1. Do you have any protective case mounted on your mobile phone? If so, it may cause poor contact between the connection cable and mobile phone. Please remove the case and try to connect them again.

2.  Please try to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, and then check whether the remote controller is connected to the mobile phone.

3. Restart the remote controller.

4. When using an Android device, if there is a prompt, be sure to tap [OK].

If there is no prompt, please enable USB Debugging on their mobile phone.

Notes:
Please set the Connection Mode to Only Charged. For some devices,
