Hi

Today I was flying my drone and I touched the screen in way to see if it will zoom in using 2 fingers ( I know how to do using FN btw ) .. however, I noticed for the first I got a notification in Chinese! Why is that and how to get them in English .. i have never seen it before I own the drone for over a year

I don’t know if it’s related or not but recently I connected my drone to my laptop for dji assistant 2 .. just out of curious, I didn’t update or change anything just figuring it out .. is it possible something was changed after that ?

I also tried to change the language from settings back and forth between default and English but didn’t help!

If the issue still exists after reinstalling the app, please provide us with the following information: Mobile phone model, system version, App version, App log, and operation screen recording.

I didn’t want to delete the app because I didn’t want to lose flight recored and logs .. how can I get them back if I do ?

and I’ll also try to install the app in another iPhone and see how it works ..

Hello, there. Do you mean Flight records, App Logs, or Flight Logs?
Flight records and App Logs can be exported out by connecting your phone to your PC.
You can also synchronize flight records in the DJI FLY APP so that they can be stored in the Cloud server.
Flight Logs are stored in the aircraft, you can connect to the PC and find it in the DJI Assistant 2. Reinstalling App will not affect Flight Logs.

I tried delete and reinstall the app, and also tried with another iPhone .. it didn’t help I still see the notification in Chinese .. I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with the app version

My device is iPhone 12 pro Max ios 15
The other device is iPhone 11 Pro ios 16
App is the latest version as I mentioned before 1.9.5

I don’t know how to send the logs .. are they still available after I deleted the app ? I didn’t read the message until now

Deeply sorry for the confusion caused. The engineers are aware of the Chinese message in the English language interface and will fix it in the future update of the DJI Fly app.
Just to double confirm, there is no issue zooming by using the fingers to zoom, right?

Yes there is no issue using zoom with fingers or scroll in normal mode ..  it’s just the notification.

This issue is only associated with language, not function. The Chinses text prompts that zooming is not supported under video mode. We will optimize the issue through App update.
