Dear DJI Team,
I try charge the controller with two different DJI battery charges & standard USB charges but it fell to charges. A few time trials, the controller monitor appear charging status " " Starting from 0% " for 2 seconds then it turns to screen "BAT 0 PCT". Last attend to the controller monitor info appeared in " Charging 0% " status. after few minute controller monitor still  " Charging 0% "

Hello, there. Sorry to hear that. First, we will like to confirm which remote controller you are having issue now?

Thanks for the information provided. If possible, please test it with another charger and cable and charge it for a few hours to see if it works. If still have no luck, you can submit a case through the link below and send it back for diagnosis and repair. http://www.dji.com/support

Tested with different charges or USB. still same ? is it a battery issue?
