I do have compatibility issues with the Xiaomi Mi 12T Pro. It records only mono.
U state in your compatibility list that the Xiaomi 12 ( all flavors) is compatible. At least the Mi 12t Pro is not, at least not 100%.
Can you/your engineers point out what the limitaton is (hardware/software)?
Can you make a statement if the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be 100% compatible?

If you are using the DJI Mic, this should be the right forum for it. I hope they can answer you soon. Unfortunately, I myself don't have personal experience on Xiaomi models.

@DJI: Can u at least say if it is a compatibility issue with Xiaomi MIUI14?

I do have a Xioami Mi 10T Pro with MIUI 13 (Android 12) and DJI Mic works as expected?

as Xiaomi does not answer, please DJI update your (in)compatibility list. The Mi 12T Pro, Android 13,   MIUI 14, Version 14.0.8.0 is NOT 100% compatible with DJI Mic!
So your customers will know when not to buy your product.

I bought the DJI Mic 2 and have Xiaomi 12 pro I cannot get them to work. In the recorder or camera apps.

Have tried alternative third party apps - nothing.
