I've seen cars, and even a motorbike, perched aloft like that at scrapyards. But never a chopper   Great spot.

Nice, you fixed it.    Very interesting find.  

That old SH-2F says it belonged to HSL-33 on the side.  The squadron was called the Seasnakes and they were decommissioned back in 1994.  Interesting that one of their helicopters ended up in that location.

No-one here can say where it came from etc. other than the boss aquired it a long time ago.

BTW it was sir David that flys that fixed it for me, I need some more of that high pressure nitrogen gas please, the fishies drank all of mine

I imagin that the consumers of shorts are a tad short on concentration and appreciation, unless it is about POP celebs like "who wore what where and who slighted who"
