Is it possible to transfer files from DJI Pocket 2 to a USB external hard drive using USB-C.

I cannot be 100% certain, as my external drive only has a USB3 connector.  BUT  I can transfer directly from my Pocket 2 to my Android Phone using USB C to USB C cable (and vice-versa). So I would guess that yes, you should be OK.

I do not think the Pocket 2 itself has any tools for transferring files directly to USB-C port without a computer or a phone. At least I cannot see how you could initiate the transfer with just the hard drive. Do feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. There are three ways to export the captured photos and videos from the DJI Pocket 2：

1. Connect a mobile phone to the DJI Pocket 2 using a smartphone adapter, the Do-It-All Handle, or the Osmo Pocket Wireless Module. The footage (photos and videos) can be downloaded and exported through the DJI Mimo app.

2. When the DJI Pocket 2 is powered on, connect it to a computer with a Type-C cable and view all captured photos and videos.

3. Remove the microSD card and insert it into a card reader for export.

That's a good point.  I have no means of checking it out though.

I would find the idea itself plausible per se, and it could make for a great update if it could be done using the Pocket 2 itself.

If the Pocket 2 is placed higher than the external drive, perhaps the files will transfer down the cable by gravity
