Hi there, may I ask if the DJI Assistant 2 you are using is the one supported by our official website D-RTK2, if not, please use the matching DJI Assistant 2 to upgrade. https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/d-rtk-2

Could you test with another cable and computer to see if it still fails to update?
If so, please provide us with a screenshot of the error code, and DJI Assistant 2 version and export the DJI Assistant 2 log and D-RTK2 log for our further analysis.
Upgrade log path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\DJI Assistant 2\upgrade_log

Good morning, thank you. Initially I tried to update on macOsx and it gave me problems, then I tried on the windows platform and everything went fine. So I think it's a software problem on macosx.
