What Exactly is Express Service?

I need to send my drone in for repair, and I'm confused about what Express Service is. I bought the Care Refresh service and the write up is rather vague about what exactly the Express Service option means. With the regular service, I send it in, they fix it, they send it back. With Express, this is all it says:  
"If Express service is chosen, it indicates that you are choosing to use the replacement service instead of the extended warranty service. You need to send back the corresponding parts based on the accidental damage replacement service process, and one time of replacement will be deducted after the replacement service is used."

Does this mean they simply replace the drone all together, and I can only do this once? What does it mean for next time I need a repair if I'm still within my warranty?

Any enlightenment would be appreciated!

Hi there, DJI Care Express provides effective and efficient option for replacement to let you receive the replacement product faster. After you have paid the replacement fee, Djl will ship a replacement product to you upon receiving the damaged product skipping the damage assessment, etc. process. You can also refer to: https://repair.dji.com/express/refresh-express?lang=en
DJI Care Express is included in DJI Care series service plans. If you use it, it will deduct your DJI Care Refresh replacement counts. You can refer to: https://www.dji.com/ca/support/service/djicare-refresh It will not affect your warranty, you can submit a basic repair case if your drone needs repair within the warranty period.

May I ask about the model of your drone? If it's a Mini 2(1-Year Plan), the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is $49, and the second replacement is $59. If the battery is functioning normally, you can choose whether or not to send it back: If the battery is sent back, DJI will provide you with a battery as part of this accidental damage replacement service; if the battery is not sent back, a replacement battery will not be provided.
