The Air 2S also needs the speed control just added to the Mini 3.

That would certainly be fantastic if DJI would add waypoints and speed control to the Air 2S.

Maybe they are holding those functions for the Air 3.

I dont think DJI has the vaguest concept of kaizan. Theyre certainly no Fuji.

Speed control would be nice.

The REAL work has already been done! Just need to port the Mavic 3 instructions to the Air 2S!!!

Yes, but DJI probably doesn't want issues with DJI Air 2S crashing in waypoints mode due to obstacle avoidance lacking sideways sensors. And then people will claim that the drone crashed by itself, and as the pilot didn't fly the aircraft during the crash, it could be considered software error in some cases.
DJI wants to avoid that, that's why they probably not implemented Waypoints and Cruise Control on the Air 2S.

But it would be really, really amazing to see this feature on the Air 2S, Air 2, and possibly even the Mini 3 Pro.

Or at least can we get the speed controls in Cine mode like we got on the mini 3 pro a couple of days ago? That would be also pretty useful.

You know it doesn't take anything for them to add waypoints to the drone except a software update.
