Yes, the issue did persist. Very strange, This time the screen doesn't work. I am getting a replacement from the store I brought it at, tomorrow. Thanks for helping with the issue

Hi, my DJI remote screen is completely black and the sound and everything works but it just comes up fuzzy and doesn’t work at all? I’ve tried looking online but nothing is helping. Can somebody help? I have a 12 month warranty on the remote so ideally id like this to be sorted before then

Hello members,
Has any one able to get the RC issue resolved. My M3E DJI RC Pro is stuck in Boot Loop, It is brand new and was used only for approx 2 hours on the 1st mission day in field.
All the firmware was to the latest and update 1 day prior to taking into field.
This is really frustrating, as we were carrying our Aerial mapping and the controller just started playing up.
And to make things more worse, we can not pair any other RC to the M3E, so that we can at least continue with our work.
It does not even turns on properly to connect to the DJI Assistant (Enterprise) to refresh / downgrade the firmware etc.

Same problem for me with the rc-n1. Doesn't charge, no LEDs. It just turned off while flying.

What to do next? Service page tells me to send it to Hungary??

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.

Please use the steps below (feel free to skip the steps which you already performed):

1. Check whether the battery level has reached 100% (All four bars of the battery level indicator are on).

2. Check if the charged method is correct. Make sure the charging cable is plugged in tightly, and try plugging it in again.

3. Check the LED on the remote controller and confirm if it is in the charging state. If yes, please try charging for 2 hours to see if the power increases. If it still cannot charge, it is recommended to replace the charger and charging cable.

If the charging continues to fail, please provide us with a video showing the issue you're facing. Looking forward to your response. Thank you!

Hello. Where can I buy a new rc231?
Mine is dead since many month now. I bought a used one in may.. it turned off mid flight as well.. and didn't turn on again. Like with my original one...

I was about to buy the new mini 4k.. but now I'm afraid having the same problem in a while again. They way how the guarantee works here just sucks. It's all about bot-replies.

Dji knows exactly, that the problem is there within the logic-board. No power charge recommended as well.. then why not providing a charger in the package?

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about this feedback. For your situation, you could go to the following ink, https://repair.dji.com/, and create a case to send back the controller for further inspection.

At the same time, we fully understand your concerns. The package does not come with a charger. But the drone and its charging hub are designed with a commonly used Type-C cable, thus you can choose a general charger with a Type-C port, which will not cause any damage to your battery.

We have also taken into consideration that a charger would increase the price. For more flexibility in your choice, we have not included a charger in the package. For DJI Mini 2 SE, and DJI Mini 4K, DJI 18 W USB Charger or DJI 30W USB-C Charger is recommended. Thanks for your understanding.
