Once the flight is over, you take out the SD card.  Inside you will find the JPG photos, and the observation files which are used to post process the coordinates.  

Then you need photogrammetry software to reconstruct the map.  

At what stage are you stuck exactly?  did you fly?  if so please extract the data and share the dataset so that I can use it to give you precise indications.

Who is your reseller?  so that I know never to go see him.  It's shameful to sell equipment like this without giving a minimum of indication to the customer.  Unless you bought it second hand?
