Thanks.  I had spotted the light appearing on top of the hill then disappearing before re appearing so I had to go and see what was happening.

You're very welcome.  That was good "detective" work on your part and the results turned out well worth the effort of checking on what was happening on the hill.

That's always the way of it

We had a lot of rain over night,    on the way to the MILs there was a lot of flooding.   And it's still raining.

Mainly light drizzle here - and it's now stopped and brightening up.  Might get a flight in yet.

Im hoping to stop at the local weir and see if the flooding there is bad ad then I'll tag the local press in the. shots and see if the mention them.    Before that I have a load of light bulbs to change for the ~MIL

OK that should produce some interesting shots.  True to my word, I nipped out for a 1-battery flight. Now the dark clouds are rolling in again.

Grey here and wind is up to 27mph,  it's supposed to be high tide here but the rain water is flowing out against the tide.

Same here,   I was planning a day trip to Brightlingsea for high tide on Monday. but Im not sure if I trust UPS if they deliver whilst we were out.

It's been to castle donington TWICE,  Stansted airport,  back to castle donington then Tamworth. And now it's at the local main depot in Stanford Le Hope.   So I cant see why it wouldn't arrive Monday now.

Over Christmas one of the local companies got caught removing the packages if peoples parcels and bagging them up to save space in their delivery cars.     Disqusting.
