I have find a battery crack as on image, one side only. T
I did find that battery crack on the charger, after several weeks waiting for outside temperature to increase. Was kept at the room temperature. Not any crash before. The battery has 9 cycles only.
I did not fly under 5 deg celsius.
I have my DJI support for 1 year.
What actiond should I do, except of not using anymore that battery for flying?
Is the DJI support affected if I claim this battery replacement or reparation? he drone was purchased on Sept 2022, so still in waranty.

Open a ticket and send it for waranty.

It's a known problem with one or more threads already in existence. Oh and DO NOT attempt a glue job temporary repair ....... such an attempt may invalidate your warranty.

Yep, do not use your refesh as this is a warranty issue, batteries have 12 months or 200 cycles
