Hello DJI,

I have just received my care refresh replacement, DJI Mini 3 Pro and i am having issues with it out of the box. I have done all the latest firmware updates to the drone and controller but i am not getting a GPS sigal/satellites and also a warning on screen of an Ambient light too low, obstacle avoidance unavailable.

The one i had before had no issues when it came to connecting to GPS and had around 30 satellites. I am frying to take off in exactly the same location with the new one but it just wont find an GPS satellites.

Please help me with this issue.

Hi there, could you please try to test it outside in an open area to see if the error message still exists and if the drone still fails to get any satellites?

I have tried the drone again and I am still having the GPS problem where it doesn't find any at all even after 10 minutes of sitting there. I know there is nothing wrong with the location as the one I had a week before had no problem finding satellites and I was up in the air within a couple of minutes.

I have done a screen recording of this attempt should you require it.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please go to a different place with an open field and no obstructions. Then test again. Or please let it hover at 15m or 20 m height to see whether the satellites still stay at 0?

Thanks for your reply. If the issue persists whatever you try, you are advised to send it back for further diagnosis.
