Why I get the message : "Your product's model is not supported by  this service. Please confirm that the product model is correct."
Bought and received my mini 3 pro from Amazon on saterday 1 april.
Bought in a online shop also on 1 april (Vandenborre Belgium) a 2 year care refresh, received the paper version today 3 april.
when I fill in the activation I get the above message.
Please, what can I do?

The DJI Care Refresh card is not for DJI Mini 3 pro, is for Osmo Action3.
