I have a super weird problem:
Connected my camera (Sony Zv e10) to the receiver of the dji mic as usual and filmed all day.

At the end of the day I noticed that the last few videos have no sound (even though I did not change anything).

The following PROBLEM: The output from the receiver does not work anymore. Only the headset output. Means: If I connect my camera to the receiver and plug into the output comes NO sound. If I plug the cable into the headset output of the Dji receiver , I get a sound.

I have already updated everything, the microphone works fine, only I ask myself the question:

How can this be ? How can the output change overnight to the headphone output? Because now i cant use the Headphone output anymore.

As I said, I have already changed all the cables, made everything clean.
AND if i connect the cable very slow into the output it shows me the "sign" that the aux cable is not correct into the plug - so the connection is there...

Am really at a loss.
Has anyone ever had the problem?

Have you done a firmware update recently? Did it go okay or did you experience some errors? That does sound like quite a weird occurrence. My DJI Mic didn't sometimes show up correctly with my Pocket 2, but it seems like I got it fixed by taking the plug out and connecting it in again (connected it through the Do-It-All Handle).

Also, does that only occur with the Sony and/or the audio cable, or does that happen with other cameras and devices and/or using the USB-C or Lightning adapters?

That sure seems mysterious, I hope you get it solved. Maybe somebody at DJI could give you a hand here?

Same issue with Mic 2

I have the same issue with the DJI Mic 2 headphone jack is fine but he output jack doesn't work at all

Experienced the same problem. DJI NOT answering. No videos on the internet about it either.
