Hello,

We use DJI's Pilot 2 App to do flight planning and we have an issue projecting the controller to a pc. We are able to get the screen to display by casting or by using an HDMI cable and have no issues seeing the screen on our pc's. The problem is once we go into the flight planning itself the display blacks out and we can't see the actual flight path and relative information. We've tried multiple displays and multiple casting methods to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we double confirm that the screen casting or HDMI output only blacks out in flight planing? If you exit the flight planing, does it come back to normal?

Correct, for both screen casting and direct HDMI connection the screen is only black for flight planning, but comes back once backing out of flight planning.

Hi, there, thanks for your updated information.
Please check whether the "Video output type" is selected for the camera screen, we recommend you set it to “Duplicate Screen”.

Kia ora, we are having the same issue. Everything works until we go on the flight planning map. When I come out, it's back on. I've tried the display settings but still not working. Is meant to be like this or is it a bug or setting i need to change?
