Issue to connect the RC and Mavic air 2

I have a recently issue when I try to use my Mavic Air 2.

These are the symptoms:
1-. Power on the aircraft
2.- Power on the RC with an Iphone Mini 13.
3.- The RC do not show the Mavic Air connection inmediatly, it show as Airplane is not connected.
4.- After a 10 seconds or more it connects with very poor signal, and it loops between not connected and poor signal.
5.- I need to change to 2.4 Ghz band in order to works.

I need to do this procedure everytime I try to use the drone, before the last firmware I was able to fly inmediately.

I see this a very common issue, which is the solution?

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know did your set it to Dual-Band before? Also, What signals you mean here: " it connects with very poor signal"

Hi, there. We are sorry that we can not understand your photo well cause it wasn't in English.
However, you can try the following steps again and keep us updated:
1. Please take the aircraft, remote controller, and mobile device (with the app installed) to an open outdoor area. Power on the aircraft and remote controller and connect them to the mobile device’s app.
2. After powering on, the aircraft will automatically search for a satellite signal. When the app shows that the number of satellite signals reaches 10, continue to wait for about one minute.
3. Power off the remote controller and aircraft and then restart them. Check whether the image transmission signal can switch between 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz.
4. If switching fails, please refresh the aircraft firmware and follow steps 1, 2, and 3 once again.
5. If you still meet this problem, you can send us a related video. (Could you please send us the video in English version so that we can confirm the details better?)

How Can I refresh the firmware, could you send me the steps?

Hi there, you can download the DJI Assistant 2 on your computer and then connect the drone to your computer to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2. You can download it through this link. https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/mavic-air-2
