Mavic Pro has worked fine for years now I have an issue that is won't connect to the controller. I cannot even link to the AC through Ass 2 program. I can see the controller fine.

Think it's time to just send it in and have it gone through? What is the normal cost for evaluation and p

If not, we recommend updating the DJI app directly from our website using this link https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 and try again. To upgrade the firmware, please update it first via DJI GO 4 app. If the update is unsuccessful using the app, please upgrade the firmware via the DJI Assistant 2 and download on your PC from the link below and install it. Yes I have insured I have the latest update before posting in the forum.  

The assist sees the controller fine right away but never sees the Mavic Pro.

I'm so frustrated I'm about to throw the towel in and throw this in the trash and purchase another brand

Hello. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether the aircraft has a microSD card. If yes, remove the microSD card and try linking again. If unsuccessful in linking using the app, please try linking using combination buttons and check whether the linking is successful. The combination buttons for linking your aircraft, press and hold the C1 Button, C2 Button, and Record Button at the same time. Wait until you hear a quick single beep after an alternating double beep. Then, press the Shutter Button. Wait until you hear a pulsating beep sound from the remote controller and the screen displays Binding. Then, release the buttons.
If the issue persists, please send your aircraft and remote controller back to DJI for diagnosis. You can contact our relevant team thru this link https://www.dji.com/support for further assistance at the request to start a case and investigation on this incident. Thank you for your understanding.

Where do I submit a request to figure out my AC issue as it won't connect??

Sent AC in for repair. Bad main board!! Of course ! Replaced and sent AC back.

Noticed they replaced the entire AC but never tested!!! Now it does not launch!!

I know they did not test because it was not linked to RC, linked it fine and the RC sees the data from AC but DOES NOT LAUNCH!!!!

COME ON NOW!! WHY WOULD YOU NOT TEST THE AC AND RC TOGETHER TO INSURE THE END USER HAS NO ISSUE!!

NOW HOW DO I ADDRESS THIS MESS??

I cannot add case notes after the fact because I would like to speak with the tech who repaired this. Also I had specific questions and the CS rep said " oh we can ask them before they repair and get an answer"
which never happened.

What kind of a non-communications mess is this??

SO FRUSTATED AFTER SPENDING OVER $400 !!!
