What are default gain settings as mine is twitching while hovering.
Mine are basic pitch 125% roll 125% yaw 120% vertical 140%
Attitude pitch 260% roll 260%

Can you be a bit more specific about the twitching?  Is this in still air while the Phantom is hovering?  Have you had a few bumps, minor crashes and tip overs?  That can affect both the motors and the props.  A little bit of dirt in the motor could cause these symptoms.   If you've done a full set of calibrations -- sticks, compass, IMU and it's still twitching I would try a new set of props next.
