Hi all. I want to take a long exposure (5 sec) photo at night with the camera pointing straight down, while the drone rotates in place.

The idea is to get city lights shown as circular light trails.

I have a Mavic Air 2.

I cant find any way to achieve this. Even with the camera in manual and 5 sec exposure selected, the resulting image is as if the drone is stationary ie no light trails.

I imagine the drone is trying to be clever and trying to get me a sharp shot when I want the opposite.

Any ideas if there are any settings I can change to achive this?

Just found out about this with my dji air 3 too! Such a bummer! It works if just flying up and down but not when rotating.
