Hi, Brauzeuge. Thank you for reaching out. What is the current firmware version of your RC-N1 and which drone are you trying to pair it with? Can you please provide us the exact message? Also, please make sure you have the correct version of DJI Assistant 2 which is the Consumer Drones Series and can be downloaded from this link: (https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series).
I'm running into an issue with the app and the assistant when I want to upgrade.
My quad is curently at 01.04.0000, but there should be newer firmware for it available. When I check via the app it gives me a long hexadecimal error and on the assistant it throws error 3-401 or 2-0. If this is a HTTP error it simply means I'm unauthorized to read a file from your server.
Someone needs to HUP that server.
Sometimes it does show firmware updates 01.07 and 01.06 I have seen come by, but they never finish downloading always go to 17-23% and then stop.
I have also the exact same issue as the commenter above. I am trying to update the firmware on a newly purchased mini 2 drone. It seems that we are unauthorized or our http connections to your server are being blocked after downloading about 20%.
I have the ios app at 1.10.1, my remote is the 04.11.0200 version as well, and my flysafe is 01.00.01.29. My mini 2 is 01.06.0200. I just got it today and i am unable to update the drone's firmware with either the app or the dji assistant which gives me network error 3-401. Very, very weird...
Can't get my p4 to connect to computer or go 4 app for firmware update. Frustrating to say the least, I have a very expensive paperweight/brick, as it will not fly without the firmware update. Just about ready to go back to parrot anafi. Less expensive and no Fly safe restrictions, and no connectivity issues.
