I would like to ask about ordering a spare audio cable for DJI Mic. I read from the support site that the cable costs 7 euros, is that the kind of stiff, bendable cable that originally came with the DJI Mic? And if I order one, how much will the shipping and delivery cost? Do I have to order it through your site or do you have a representative in Finland where I could ask for the cable? If I want to place an order, how to proceed with it?

Which link should I choose to start the inquiry? I only see a list of the spare part costs, when clicking on the Accessory Prices link, and the Request Repair link seems to demand me to send the unit back, which I wouldn't like to do as the unit itself has no faults, I just want to ask about and possibly order the cable.

Hi. Thank you for the response. DJI Credit can be used to buy any of the products at the DJI Online Store (shipping costs excluded). You can use DJI Credit during checkout. If you pay with DJI Credit, and your balance is more than your order value, the remaining DJI Credit after payment will remain in your account. However, if your DJI Credit balance fails to cover an order value, you use all of your DJI Credit as well as other payment methods to pay for your order. Thank you.
