(Firmware is up to date)

I am having a hard time figuring out why HQ mode on my drone now is so elusive.

Set codec to x265 at home while connnected to my computer and realized I could see HQ

Go out and run a flight -- no matter what I selected, auto, pro, x265 - mp4 or mov and back -- through the menu or from the bottom quick access camera settings. 24-30HQ mode would not come on. I had to give up and just fly without it.

What gives? I saw some comments out there where some could get it to work by toggling x265 while others commented they just don't see it anymore. (it also doesn't matter if I have sd card or internal card just don't work)

Thanks for your patience. We just received an update from our related team. It has been confirmed that this is an app display issue. Please rest assured that the DJI Engineers have been informed and this is expected to be optimized in the future updates. In the meantime, you may select a frame rate below 30 fps. Or, use an Android phone. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your understanding.

Is this still the case? I just bought mini 3 because of the HDR and I can’t see the HQ next to 30fps…

I don’t have an android phone to use but here’s to hoping the firmware/software is updated soon.

I’m actually using mini 3 with RC-N1 and iPhone.

The HQ tag is back now with iOS DJI fly v1.10.10
