My O3 unit works when I connect it to my computer. Inside DJI Assistant 2 I see the unit and the green light on the unit is working, I can also access the photos, logs, install updates etc.



However, when I connect the battery on my drone the O3 unit doesn't work and consequently also my remote and goggles don't connect. I've physically checked if all the wires are connected and they are. It has worked fine until today.



Does anybody know how to solve thi issue?

Does the light on O3 comes on when a battery is connected? Make sure O3 gets adequate power from FC using voltmeter. If it does then it's time to send the air unit to DJI for repair. Mine broke in less than a month and DJI replaced the main unit under warranty.

Most likely is not getting enough voltage from FC
