I am having a hard time figuring out the rules for flying a <250g drone in Prague.

Obviously dont fly over crowds of people, train tracks and big highways, but is central Prague completely off limit for <250g drones?

I checked the map but none of it is in Eng so I cant figure out how to operate the filters.
