Wow for $16k and you cant even use the I3 out of the box.  You have to drop an additional $1200+tax for a lens.  But hey at least they give you a lens box with the drone to put it in after you buy it.  28min flight time which is only about 5min more than the I2.  I expected a much bigger jump.  Ill stick with my M3 and M3C.   

Don’t ever look into what comes with cinema cameras in the box, you might get a heart attack

This drone is probably not aimed at you,   it's aimed at people on big budget film sets.

Agreed!  I come from the photo side of things and most of dslr/mirrorless  come with lens kit options.  

Its not an aweful idea for the people moving up from the x7 on the inspire 2 as we have the set of lens' already

for anyone getting into it for the first time tho, its super annoying.

For 15K this has lenses  too!!!

True, but 8k Resolution and a full frame sensor is fantastic.

Agreed but keep in mind that they pulled off a full frame camera, and 360 sensors. But! Still not worth 16k
